  • Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
  • Convert end customer requirements into parts requirements for bidding process, BOM definition and EEE parts procurement
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Support preparation of specifications for medical end customers
  • Collect information on environmental standards and respective regulations from the manufacturer and supply to customers
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
